When a woman doesn’t want to take a day off, there’s nothing wrong with a workout

Exercise is good for your health, says a woman who says she doesn’t need to take any time off from work.

“It is not good for my health,” she told the BBC.

“Workout is a great way to build your stamina and get your work done.” “

If you want me to do something I don’t want, I’ll find something else to do.”‘”

“A lot of women who work are doing too much. “

I am so sick and exhausted of working in the office and the gym,” she said.

“A lot of women who work are doing too much.

I do not want to do the work that I’m doing, which is making myself sick and stressed out.”

A survey of 2,000 women, published by the Australian Medical Association, found that nearly one in 10 women felt physically exhausted during their working hours.

“When you do not have the energy to get out of your office and do something to make yourself feel better, then you need to consider other ways of being around the house,” said Dr Karen Walker, who conducted the study.

“There is a need to make time for yourself.”

Women who work out as a way to boost their energy and help them focus say they do not feel like they are working at all. “

Some women are actually not doing a lot of exercise at all and are working out to be a little bit fit.”

Dr Walker said she found it frustrating to see women who “work out for their energy” and not “their health”.

“Women often see exercise as a replacement for work,” she added.

“Women need to realise that if they do exercise, they will get a little boost from it.”

‘It is a lot more about motivation’ ‘I can’t get away from it’ Some women have been taking part in some form of physical activity for years, and the amount of time they spend on it has decreased in recent years.

“At the moment, I can’t escape it, I have to do it,” Ms Hager said.

She said she had become “a bit of a fitness junkie”.

“I think I have become a bit of an exercise junkie,” she explained.

“That’s because it’s something I do to get my mind off my work.”

She said the lack of physical exercise had led to a lack of motivation.

“And then I go and do some cardio and some yoga, or maybe just a run and a walk, or some kind of a light walk.” “

Ms Hagers husband, a computer engineer, said he had noticed her energy level increase in recent months. “

“What I’m finding is she is really into her workouts, I guess,” he said.

Ms Hagan said the increased amount of physical work was affecting her family and their relationship.

“People have asked me if I am happy with my workload and it really is, I am so tired of it,” she continued.

“We are really close, we get up at five in the morning, we don’t have any time to eat and we’re so tired, so I feel really stressed and tired.”

Ms Walker said it was “unhealthy” for women to work from home when they were having a busy day.

“Even though it is an individual decision, if you don’t like your work, that is your decision, but you don´t want to put yourself in that position,” she suggested.

‘No excuses’ ‘People say, ‘I am a woman, I do this work, why do I have a day or two off?”

Some feel guilty about not taking part because of the stress and exhaustion it causes them.

“As soon as you get home, you go to bed, and you just don’t feel that way.””
